FLAMEPACK

Flamepack is located at unit 12 in the Dhanlaxmi Industrial Estate, which is over in Village Navghar in Vasai Road East. This part of the Palghar district in Maharashtra is very industrial. To get here, you have to navigate through some busy roads filled with tempos and trucks. Our unit is just a standard industrial shed like many others in the estate. We’ve got our machinery set up in the main area and a small corner where we keep the files and the phone. It’s a noisy place when the machines are running, and the smell of grease and metal is always around. We don't have air conditioning, so we rely on the big industrial fans to keep the air moving during the humid months. Most of the people working here live nearby and have been with us for a while. We don't have any formal dress codes or corporate meetings. We just get the orders, figure out how to pack them or process them, and get them out the door. The monsoons can be a bit of a challenge because the roads around Navghar sometimes flood, but we’ve learned to manage. It's a straightforward business where we focus on the practical side of things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want to keep the production going and make sure the work is solid.
