ELITE INDUSTRIES

We are located in the Swastik Palms building in Thane West. Our rooms are up on the sixth floor, 601 and 604. It’s a bit different from a traditional factory because we are in a commercial block. It gets quite crowded around here with all the traffic and people moving about. We handle various industrial tasks from this office and small workspace. It’s a lot of managing orders and checking samples. Sometimes we have crates piled up near the door, waiting for the transport guy to show up. The elevators in this building can be a bit temperamental, so we end up waiting around more than we’d like. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a few of us sitting at desks and keeping track of everything. We’ve lived in Maharashtra all our lives, so we’re used to the pace here. When things get stressful, we just go down for a tea break and come back to it. It’s not a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We try to be practical about how we run things. Space is tight in Thane, so we have to be very organized with our inventory and paperwork. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home in the evening like everyone else in the city.
