Dynaelectric is mostly just a few of us who know our way around wiring and power systems. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints or crawling around in cramped spaces to get things connected right. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean, that’s for sure. We’ve had a lot of long days where nothing seems to want to fit where it’s supposed to, but we stay until it’s finished. Most of our tools have seen better days, but they still work just fine for what we need. We don't do much in the way of advertising because word usually gets around when you do a decent job. It started out small and stayed that way, which makes it easier to keep track of everything. Sometimes the parts we need take forever to arrive, so we end up juggling schedules quite a bit. It can be a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we manage. We aren't interested in being the biggest company out there, just in making sure the lights stay on for the people who hire us. If a fuse blows or a motor quits, we’re the ones getting the call. It's just what we do, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it. We’ve seen all sorts of weird setups over the years, so not much surprises us anymore.
