We are based in Noida, specifically C-22 in Sector 63. This part of Gautam Buddha Nagar is full of companies, so it feels very industrious. DIGITALS INDIA SECURITY PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED is where we work on security products. It’s a serious business, but the atmosphere inside the office is actually quite relaxed. We have a lot of benches with circuit boards and cameras being tested. The walls are a plain white, and we’ve pinned up some old calendars and notes. It’s not a designer space. I’ve been here for several years now, and I’ve seen the sector grow around us. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. A piece of equipment might not work the way it’s supposed to, so we huddle around and figure it out. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We eat lunch together in the small break area. Someone usually brings in sweets when it’s their birthday. We don't have big speeches or formal meetings. We just talk over the desks. The commute in Noida can be a bit of a nightmare with the metro construction and the traffic, but we all make it in eventually. The building has a bit of a creak in the elevator, but it’s reliable enough. We just keep building our security gear and trying to get through the daily to-do list. The coffee here is pretty bad, usually just instant stuff from a jar, but it gets the job done.
