At Crystal Containers India Pvt Limited, we spend most of our time thinking about boxes and storage. It’s a pretty straightforward business when you get down to it. We have a space that is filled with various types of containers and the equipment needed to handle them. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of things being moved, stacked, or packed. We don't really bother with a lot of office décor. Most of our space is dedicated to the actual work. The floors are concrete and the lights are bright. We have a group of people here who have been doing this for a long time. They know how to handle the materials and they don't need much supervision. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure that whatever we put out is solid and does what it’s supposed to do. Sometimes the days are long, especially when a big shipment is coming in or going out. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most communication happens while we are working. If there is a problem, we fix it and move on. It’s a very practical atmosphere. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We make containers, and we make sure they are ready when they need to be. That's the whole story, really. No need for anything more complicated than that.
