BOLTENE SOLUTIONS is based in C-28, Neelkanth Woods, which is in the Mulla Bagh area of Manpada, Thane West. It’s a bit of a different vibe compared to the crowded industrial zones because there’s more greenery around here. We work out of a space that feels more like a quiet office than a noisy factory floor. We spend our days mostly on the computer or handling the logistics of our power solutions. It’s a small operation, and we don't have layers of management or anything like that. If you need someone, you just shout across the room. Thane gets a lot of rain in the monsoon, so we’re often watching the clouds over the woods from our window while we work. We don't go in for big promotional speeches or trying to sound more important than we are. We are just a group of people who know a lot about power systems and how to keep them running. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet, which is nice for concentrating on the more technical parts of the job. We keep a stash of biscuits and tea in the small pantry area for when we need a break. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are right and that our clients are getting what they asked for. It’s a steady way to work and the location makes it a bit more pleasant than being in the middle of a traffic jam.
