BM SUNPOWER TECHNOLOGIES

Our shop, BM SUNPOWER TECHNOLOGIES, is over at B-15 / P-22 in the DattaVijay CHS building. If you know Vir Savarkar Nagar in Thane West, you probably know the area. It’s a busy part of Maharashtra and there is always something going on outside. We have been here for a bit now, just focusing on sunpower technology and how it fits into people's lives. The office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need into it. Being in a CHS means we see our neighbors every day, and it feels more like a community than just a business district. Thane can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time thinking about how to use that sun. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we’re just local people working on tech stuff. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks and the phone rings more than we’d like, but that is just how it goes. We usually grab tea from the stall down the road during our breaks. The building is a bit older, so we are always mindful of the space. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on the hardware and the installs. Most of the time, we’re out on-site or here figuring out the next job's requirements. It’s a decent place to work and the commute isn't too bad for most of us.
