Arkin Ventrues is located at C-22 in the MIDC Ambad area of Nasik. If you have ever been to Nasik, you know MIDC is where all the real work happens. It’s an industrial zone, so there are trucks moving in and out all day long and the sound of workshops everywhere. Our building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too flashy. We have our office space on one side and the operations on the other. Maharashtra weather can get quite dry and dusty in this part of the state, especially during the summer months. Inside, it's a bit of a mix of old ledgers and some newer computers we bought a couple of years back. The team here is small but we know our jobs well. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. Mostly, we just answer the phones and make sure the orders are moving along. Sometimes the electricity cuts out for a bit, but we have a generator to keep things going. Nasik is a growing city, but Ambad still feels like a tight-knit community of businesses. We know the guys at the tea stall and the other owners on our street. It’s a practical environment. We don’t bother with corporate retreats or anything like that. We just show up at nine, do the work, and head back to our families in the evening. The air in Nasik is nice in the winter, which makes the long shifts a bit more pleasant for everyone in the shop. We keep our tools organized on the wall so we don't waste time looking for things.
