Working at ANDS LITE PVT. LTD. means dealing with a lot of different things throughout the day. Since we do not have a fixed street address listed right here, it’s mostly about the work that happens inside the four walls wherever we set up. The name sounds a bit technical, and that is because we do deal with a lot of hardware and components. Most mornings start with a quick check of what came in the day before and what needs to be sorted out by evening. The office isn't some high-tech lab you see in movies; it is mostly just people sitting at desks with a few half-empty coffee cups scattered around. We have some shelves stacked with various parts and boxes that always seem to need rearranging. It’s not the quietest place because there is always some discussion going on about a project or a part that isn’t quite right. We don’t have a marketing department writing fancy slogans for us. We just focus on the task at hand. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the filing that we usually ignore when things are moving fast. It is just a group of us trying to make sure the day goes smoothly without any major hiccups. We like to keep things simple and direct. There isn’t much more to it than that, and we prefer it that way.
