Aksaus Techno Electric Pvt. Ltd. is basically where we spend most of our time. It started out small and now we have a few more people helping. We deal with electrical stuff, mostly for industrial use. It’s not the most exciting job in the world but it pays the bills. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and testing components. Sometimes the parts don't arrive on time and that makes things stressful. We just deal with it as it comes. The office is usually cluttered with catalogs and half-finished projects. We aren't some big corporation with suits; we mostly wear work clothes and get our hands dirty. It’s practical work. We’ve had some long nights here when a client has an emergency. We don't really have a fancy philosophy. We just want to make sure the electrical systems we put together don't fail. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking. We’ve been in this trade for years. You learn things as you go, mostly from mistakes. We try to keep things simple. If a customer asks for something we can't do, we tell them. Honesty seems to work better than pretending. We aren't looking to grow into some massive firm. We just like doing the work we know. It's just us and the tools and the electricity. That’s how we like it. It keeps us busy and we know what we are doing most of the time without needing a manual for every little thing.
