We are Aarvi Composites Pvt.Ltd. and even though the address isn't listed here right now, we’ve been at this for a long time. Our work is all about composites, which means we spend our days dealing with resins, fibers, and molds. It is often messy work, and you can usually smell the materials we use from the street. We don't have a big, clean office with air conditioning. Instead, we have a workshop where things actually get made. Our team is small, just a few people who have learned the trade over the years. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just take the drawings or the requirements and try to figure out the best way to build the part. Sometimes a mold doesn't work out on the first try, so we have to sit down and figure out why. It is a lot of trial and error and practical problem-solving. We don't have a mission statement or a set of corporate values posted on the wall. We just show up, put on our work clothes, and get started. Lunch is usually a quick affair so we can get back to what we were doing. We are just a local business trying to do things the right way without a lot of extra fluff. We value the fact that people know they can just talk to us directly. Every day is a bit different but we keep going.
