Ronis Construction Private Limited is located out in Village Khaika, in the Punhana area. It is a different world out here compared to the big cities like Gurgaon. We are right in the middle of the local community. The office is a straightforward space where we manage our construction projects. Being in a village means we know everyone and everyone knows us. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy reception area. It is just a place with some desks, a lot of ledger books, and a cupboard full of site equipment. We spend a lot of our time out in the fields or at the actual construction spots. The roads around Punhana can be a bit rough, especially after it rains, so getting materials delivered can sometimes be a challenge. We deal with a lot of local labor and try to keep things moving as best as we can. Our days start early, usually before the sun gets too hot. We talk to farmers and local residents about their building needs. It is very much a hands-on type of business. We don't use any complicated business talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. The air is a bit cleaner out here in Khaika, and we like the slower pace of life when we aren't rushing to finish a wall or a floor. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn till dusk.
