N.S.D. Real And Developers Private Limited is based out of Village Tapkan, which is in the Nuh area of Mewat, Haryana. Our address is simply House No. 0, which sounds a bit funny but that’s how it is in the village. Working in Nuh is different from the big city life in Gurgaon. It’s a bit more relaxed, though the work itself is still plenty hard. We focus on real estate and development around the local area. Being right here in the village means we know everyone and we understand the land here better than an outsider would. We don't have a fancy glass office; we just work from a regular house where we can sit down and talk through projects with our neighbors and clients. There is a lot of potential in Mewat, and we are just trying to be a part of the growth here. Most of our time is spent out on the land, looking at sites and talking to the people who are doing the actual building. It’s dusty work and involves a lot of walking around in the sun, but it’s what we do. We don't need any big mission statements. We just show up every day, handle the paperwork, and try to make sure the construction projects move forward as planned. We keep things simple because that is what works best in a place like Tapkan where everyone knows your name.
