Trader

We are located in the Nalco Township over in Damanjodi, specifically at Qr No B/459 in Sector 2. It’s a quiet residential area, which makes for a calm place to do business. Being in the Koraput district of Orissa means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and hills, which is nice. Our business, which we just call Trader, is run out of this space. It’s not a big warehouse or a shopfront on a main street; it's more of a home-based setup where we handle all our trading activities. We deal with various goods depending on what is in demand locally. Most of our work involves making phone calls, writing down orders, and coordinating with suppliers who come through the township. The space is a bit cramped because we have boxes stacked in the corners, but we know where everything is. It’s a family-run sort of thing, so there’s usually someone around to answer the door. We don’t have fancy equipment, just a computer and a reliable phone line. Life in the township has its own pace, and we fit right into that. Sometimes the internet is slow because of the weather in the hills, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be a giant company. We just want to provide what the community needs and make a decent living doing it. It’s honest work and we like the people here. We also spend some time walking around the sector just to keep in touch with everyone.
