If you find yourself in Ward No 2 of Khariar, you might notice us near the New Mangal Deep Cloth Store. That’s where Mdsg Construction Private Limited has its base. We are a small local outfit in the Nuapada district, and we mostly work on projects right here in town. Being near the cloth store means there’s always people walking by, and we often end up chatting with neighbors about whatever we are working on at the moment. Our workspace is pretty basic, just a place to keep our equipment and take care of the bills. We don't put on any acts of being some big city firm. We know the land here and the people who live on it. Most of our jobs involve helping families build their homes or fixing up older structures that have seen better days. It can be a struggle to get certain materials out here in Khariar sometimes, but we make do with what we can find. We aren’t afraid of a long day of work under the sun. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from carrying bricks to talking to the municipal office about permits. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay honest about what we can do. It’s a simple life, building one thing after another in our own community.
