Our office is basically a converted apartment where we handle all the construction planning and management. It’s not a polished corporate suite. We have stacks of architectural drawings on the tables and samples of building materials tucked into corners. We’ve been operating out of Vijayawada for a while, and we know the local market quite well. Most of our days involve coordinating with laborers and checking on different sites across Andhra Pradesh. It’s a lot of manual work and constant phone calls. We don't use any big marketing slogans. We just focus on finishing the construction jobs we started. Sometimes the traffic near the college makes it hard to get in and out, but we've gotten used to it.
