We are situated at 6-106/1 in Machavaram. It is a straightforward kind of place without any bells or whistles. We handle export and import tasks from this building, which basically means we spend our time coordinating between different people to get goods moved around. Machavaram is the kind of neighborhood where you see the same people every day, which we like. Our office is not some high-tech center; it is just a room with a couple of desks, some sturdy chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of international calls, so sometimes we are here at odd hours when the rest of the street is quiet. The building has been around for a bit and it has its own character. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or marketing brochures. We think it is more important to just get the shipments tracked and the customs cleared. It can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, but we just wipe off the desks and keep going. Most of our neighbors are just regular families and other small shops. We like the local feel of being here. We do not try to act like we are some big international corporation. We are just a local business in Machavaram doing our best to handle the exim work that comes our way. It is a lot of phone calls and checking lists, but it keeps us busy and we are fine with that.
