Our office for Vijeta Apoorva Township is located at 45-1-43 on Eluru Road. We are based in the Gunadala area of Vijayawada. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the traffic on Eluru Road. We’ve been here in the Krishna district for some time now. We work on township projects and land stuff. It’s a lot of work dealing with all the rules and regulations. We aren't some big multinational firm. We're just local people. Our office is pretty simple. We have some chairs for visitors and a few desks for the staff. Most of our day is spent talking to people or visiting sites. Vijayawada is a good place for this kind of work. There's always something changing. We don't really do the whole corporate thing. We just talk to people like they're our neighbors. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them. That’s part of life. We don't have a fancy website or anything. We just have our address on Eluru Road. People usually find us because they saw one of our projects. We try to keep things honest and clear. If you’re in Gunadala, you can drop by. We’re usually around unless we’re out on a site visit. That's pretty much who we are. We've seen a lot of changes on Eluru Road since we started. It’s a constant hustle, but we keep our heads down and work.
