VENSEELA PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Veerapaneni Plaza. We are right across from Ravi Sweets in Patamata, which is a very busy part of Vijayawada near Benz Circle. It’s almost impossible to miss us if you are in the area. The office is at 58-1-21, and it’s always buzzing because of the location. We deal with a lot of different projects, and being in such a central spot helps us stay connected with what’s happening in the city. We aren't the type of people to sit behind big mahogany desks. Most of the time, we’re wearing dusty shoes because we’ve just come from a site. The office is where we come to handle the paperwork and meet with people. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and samples, but it works for us. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. There’s no strict hierarchy here. If the phone rings and the receptionist is busy, someone else picks it up. That’s just how we operate. People know they can find us here during regular hours, and we usually have some tea ready for whoever stops by. It’s a very local, very real way of doing business in a fast-paced city like Vijayawada. We just keep our heads down and try to get the work finished on time without making a big deal out of it.
