VAASVIK PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is based over on Polavarapu Street, right near the Ramalayam in the New RTC area of Vijayawada. If you know the neighborhood, you know it can get pretty active around here. We are at Plot No 201. It’s a decent place to run a business from. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different project sites around Krishna district. Construction and project management isn't really a desk job, though we do have to sit down and sort out the paperwork sometimes. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of offices. We’re just a group of people trying to do solid work right here in Andhra Pradesh. Our days usually start early with a lot of coffee and a lot of phone calls. Dealing with vendors and site workers takes up most of the afternoon. We’ve had our share of rainy days and missed deadlines, like anyone else in this line of work. It’s just part of the routine. We don't try to make things sound better than they are. We just focus on the task at hand at Plot 201. It’s mostly just hard work and trying to keep things organized. We’ve been in Vijayawada long enough to know how things move. We like being part of the local scene. It’s straightforward work for us and we just take it one day at a time.
