Tqc Constructions Private Limited

We are Tqc Constructions. We sit in Chandan Towers in Vijayawada. It is right across from the old Bhanu Apartments in Mogalraja Puram. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, though we spend most of our time out on sites or dealing with paperwork here in Flat 502. We’ve been around the Krishna district for a while now. Most people around here know the area well, it’s a busy spot in the city. We do construction work, mostly dealing with the usual day-to-day building stuff that comes our way. It’s not fancy work, just regular projects for people who need things built right. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in to drop off reports, but we manage just fine. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for folks to find us. Usually, someone is here by nine, though we might be out checking on a project in the afternoons. It’s a lot of running around really. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the jobs get finished. There’s always some new building going up around Mogalraja Puram these days, so there is plenty to keep us busy. If you’re ever near Chandan Towers, you’ll see our door. It’s just a normal office where we handle the plans and the bills. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just our desks and some chairs for visitors.
