SRIVEN HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

We have our office in SBI Colony 1 over in Vijayawada. It is located in Flat A7 of the Krishna Apartment building. It is a quiet enough spot, though the traffic nearby gets pretty heavy in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We have been working out of this flat for a while now. Most of our days are spent dealing with local building projects and housing. It is not a fancy corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. We just have some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Usually, a few of us are here by ten in the morning to start the day. Much of our time is actually spent out on construction sites instead of sitting behind a desk. We spend hours talking to laborers and making sure the material supplies arrived on time. We are just a small team trying to get houses built properly so people do not have problems later on. We do not do much in the way of advertising or big marketing. Most people find out about Sriven Homes because they saw one of our boards at a site or a neighbor told them about us. We like keeping it simple because it allows us to focus on the bricks and mortar. If you want to talk about a project, you can just stop by the apartment. Someone is usually around to have a chat.
