Our place is in Akshayam Residency, which is on Ballemvaari Veedhi in Prasadampadu. If you know the Vijayawada Rural area, it's not too hard to find. The door number is 24-1/7. We’ve been set up here for a while now, focusing on the exim side of things. It’s a decent neighborhood, mostly quiet, which helps when we have to concentrate on all those customs forms. We aren't some big city firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us working out of this residency. We handle a lot of the logistics for goods coming in and out of the Krishna district. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed at the port, but that’s the nature of the business. We try to keep our heads down and just do what needs to be done. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can get through our daily tasks. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for calls to go through. Sometimes the paperwork feels endless, but we've gotten a rhythm down over time. We aren't here to promise anything crazy or act like we're the biggest players in town. We just know our way around the trade rules and try to help move things along. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We hope to stay here for a long time yet because we like the local community and the people we deal with.
