Shawarma Fusion Foods Private Limited is over in Yanamalakuduru, near the R.C.M Church Road. The address is 23-110. It is a busy little area of Vijayawada. We started this place because we wanted to do something with shawarma that was a bit different. We are not fancy chefs or anything like that. We just spend our time at the grill and prepping the meat. The space is small and can get pretty warm when the skewers are rotating. We deal with a lot of people coming in and out, especially in the evenings. It is a lot of manual work, slicing the meat just right and getting the wraps ready. We do not have a big marketing budget or a shiny headquarters. It is just a shop where we work hard. Sometimes the supply of ingredients is a bit tricky, but we figure it out. We have got a small team here, and we all pitch in with the cleaning and the serving. It is not a quiet job. There is always the sound of the knife on the board or the sizzle from the grill. We like being near the church road; it feels like a good part of the community. We are not trying to change the world, just making sure the food is ready for whoever walks through the door. It is simple, honest work that keeps us busy from afternoon until late at night. Sometimes we run out of pita bread and have to rush for more.
