Our office, Pratyusha Chit Funds Private Limited, is located at D.No.33-12-9A on Boyapati Vari Street. We are right opposite Anil Estate in the Seetharampuram area of Vijayawada. It is a well-known neighborhood, and finding Boyapati Vari Street isn't too hard once you get to Seetharampuram. The office is tucked away in a spot that stays fairly busy during the day. We have been here for a while and have seen the street change quite a bit over the years. Inside, it is a very basic setup. We have our tables, the computer we use for the main entries, and stacks of registers for the manual work. We like keeping things clear and simple for everyone. People come in to pay their dues or to talk about the next chit cycle. We try to be helpful and just treat everyone like a neighbor. The office can get a little crowded on the days when we hold the auctions, but usually, it is just a quiet place for work. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the files. Being across from Anil Estate makes it easy for us to give directions to people who aren't from this specific block. We don't have any polished marketing or anything like that. We just do our work, talk to the people who walk through the door, and make sure the accounts are in order by the time we close up for the evening. It’s a regular routine that we’ve stuck to for years.
