Nlrr Estates Private Limited is based out of Flat No.A1 in Pavan Towers, which is located in Gayatri Nagar. Our door number is 59-8-4/1 here in Vijayawada. It is more of a quiet residential neighborhood than a big business district, which suits us just fine. We have our desks set up in the flat and that’s where all the planning for our estate work happens. Living and working in the Krishna district means we deal with a lot of local land and property stuff. It is not always easy work, as there is a lot of back and forth with different people and authorities. We spend quite a bit of time on our phones or driving out to see various plots. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't the kind of outfit that has a big marketing department or polished brochures. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just seeing our name on a sign somewhere. We’ve been around Gayatri Nagar long enough that most of the shopkeepers nearby know us. We try to be practical about everything. If there is a problem with a property, we just go out and try to fix it. It is a lot of paperwork and dusty boots, but that is the reality of the estate business around here and we are fine with that.
