Our office is located at Flat no.203 in the Sri Lakshmi Sai building on BMPS Road. The full address is 6-162/3, Prasadampadu, Vijayawada, Krishna district. We are Mavilla Constructions Private Limited. We have been in this part of Andhra Pradesh for some time. BMPS Road is a busy street, and being in Prasadampadu means we are right in the thick of things in Vijayawada. Our office in Flat 203 is our main hub. It’s where we meet and plan out our construction projects. We don't have a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We have a regular space that works for us. The Krishna district has its own challenges when it comes to building, especially with the weather, but we know how to handle it. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of building things from the ground up. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of long days, but we don't mind that. We focus on the practical side of construction rather than trying to look like a big national firm. Prasadampadu is a good community, and we like being a local business here. Most of our work comes from word of mouth around the neighborhood. We just keep doing what we do, one day at a time, making sure each project gets the attention it needs without any drama or corporate fluff. It is just the way we have always worked.
