Our office is located at D.No. 30-10-20 in the Ayyana Naidu Veedhidurga Agraharam area of Vijayawada. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but we have been here in the Krishna district for some time. Matey Hr Solutions Private Limited is basically just us working on staffing and people stuff. We are not a huge firm with glass walls or anything. It is more of a practical setup where we can sit down and talk to people. Vijayawada is a busy city, so there is always something happening outside our door. Sometimes the traffic is loud, but you get used to it after a few months. We try to keep things simple here. We do not use those big words you see in brochures. We just look at what a person needs and see if we can help. It is a lot of phone calls and paperwork, honestly. Some days are longer than others, especially when we have a lot of files to get through. We like being part of the local scene in AP. It feels good to be working in a place we know well. We have a few desks and some old fans that keep the air moving. It is a real workplace, not a showpiece. We just focus on the tasks at hand and hope for the best. That is how we have always done it since we started up in this neighborhood.
