We are based out of Flat No. B-4 in the Lotus Legend Apartment at Kummaripalem Center. Being in Vidyadharapuram, Vijayawada, puts us right in the middle of a busy area. Khatija Infracon Private Limited isn't a massive corporation with glass walls; we work out of this apartment space because it makes sense for us. The Krishna district has a lot going on with new roads and buildings, and we just try to take on our share of that work. Some days the office is quiet and other days it is a bit chaotic with people coming in and out. We handle infrastructure projects, which means a lot of coordination between different teams. It is not glamorous work. You’ll mostly find us checking schedules or talking to contractors. Sometimes we have to head out to different parts of Andhra Pradesh to see how things are going on the ground. We have a small team and everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much on advertising because we prefer to let the projects speak for themselves. The apartment is easy to find if you know Kummaripalem Center. We’ve been here for a bit and got used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s just us doing what we can to keep the business moving forward one day at a time.
