Our office for Kamalaraj Infra Developers Private Limited is in Flat No 4C of the Grandview Towers. We are located in Triveniestates, right opposite the Chandratheatre on Bandar Road. It’s a very busy part of the city. Being on Bandar Road means we are right in the heart of things. We’ve been working out of this building for a while now. Most of our work is around infrastructure and development. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at maps. We have a small team of engineers and office staff. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here. It is just a workspace where we get things done. Building things in a growing city like this is a challenge. There’s always noise and dust and things moving around. We just try to stay focused on the project in front of us. We aren't some high-end firm with a polished image. We’re just local people who know how to build stuff. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual construction, which is frustrating. But we just deal with it. If you're ever going to the cinema at Chandratheatre, you're basically right across from us. We are usually in the office until late or out at a site somewhere nearby. It's hard work but it’s what we do to keep the lights on and the buildings going up. We just try to be practical about every job we take on and finish what we started.
