Kakarla Buildcon Llp is located at Plot No 77/A in the Vasavi Kanyaka Parameswari Colony in Patamata. It is a residential kind of area, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff corporate office. We have been at this plot for a while and the neighbors are used to seeing us coming and going at odd hours. Patamata is a nice part of town, though it can get a bit crowded near the main roads during rush hour. Our office is tucked away enough that it stays relatively quiet, which helps when we are trying to focus on our building plans and paperwork. We have a small team and we all sit pretty close to each other, so there is always someone to talk to if you have a question. The furniture is a bit of a mix of things we found over the years, nothing matches perfectly but it is comfortable enough. we don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few photos of projects we have finished. It is a straightforward place for straightforward work. Most days we are just trying to stay on top of the schedule and make sure everything is where it needs to be. We like the colony because it is peaceful and easy to get to once you know the turns.
