Jahnavi Housing Llp is based in Vijayawada on Nirmala Convent Road. Our office is at D.No. 27-86, which is a fairly busy part of town. Most people around here know the road well because of the school. We have been operating here in the Krishna district for some time now. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a regular workplace with desks and plenty of documents. We focus on housing projects, which means we spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on building materials. The weather in Vijayawada can be quite tough, so we usually try to get our outdoor work done before the heat gets too bad in the afternoon. We are a small team and we do not use any big marketing firms. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and have seen our projects. It is a lot of coordination to get a house built, and there are always small problems that need fixing. We just take it one day at a time. The road outside can get a bit loud when the students are leaving, but we like the energy of the area. It feels like we are right in the middle of things. We do not have a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure the construction work is moving forward as it should.
