Harthik Constructions Private Limited is located at D.No.64-3-7 in the Sri Ramalayam area of Patamata Lanka, Vijayawada. We are right in the heart of a residential area, so we are surrounded by the very things we build. Our office is a simple place near the temple where we keep our tools and our plans. Working in Vijayawada means you have to be ready for the humidity and the crowded streets. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lot of suits. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of dust from the site. Patamata Lanka is a busy place and we have to coordinate our trucks carefully so we don't block the narrow lanes. We don't spend money on big billboards or slogans. We just focus on the bricks and the mortar. People come to us because they’ve seen what we did down the street. It’s a very hands-on business. I spend a lot of time talking to the masons and the painters to make sure they know what the plan is. Sometimes we have to change things on the fly because the ground is different than we thought or the client changed their mind. It’s not always perfect, and there are days when everything seems to go wrong, but we just keep at it. That is how we have always done things here at D.No.64-3-7.
