You can find the Foundation For Leadership, Excellence And Governance right on MG Road in Labbipet. We are on the 5th floor of the Kalanjali Building, which is right opposite the Kalanjali store. It’s a busy part of town, so finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Once you get up to the 5th floor, it’s a bit quieter. The office is fairly large but we’ve filled it up with desks, cabinets, and a whole lot of paperwork. It’s not a fancy executive suite. It looks like a place where people actually work. We have windows that look out over the road, so we can see the traffic while we’re working on our governance and leadership projects. It’s just a group of us here, doing the best we can with the resources we have. We don’t have a big reception area or anyone to bring you water in a glass. You just walk in and find whoever is free. We’ve been in this building for a while now, and it feels like home. The elevators are sometimes slow, but we don't mind the wait. It’s a practical place for a foundation to be. We handle meetings, plan events, and do all the boring administrative stuff that keeps things running. It’s honest, steady work in the heart of the city. We don't use big fancy words to describe ourselves; we just get on with the day.
