CHOICE CONSTRUCTIONS AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of units 35 and 36 in Choice Apartments. These are located in Srinivasa Nagar within Vissannapeta. We’ve been in the Krishna district for a good while, and we’ve seen how the area has grown. Our office is basically right where we live and work, which makes things easy. Vissannapeta is a good town, not too big but busy enough to keep us on our toes. We handle housing and various development projects around here. We aren't doing anything that’s going to change the world, just solid, everyday building work for local people. The office is usually full of dust and stacks of plans, which is how a construction place should probably look anyway. We don't use any of those big marketing words or try to sound more important than we are. When we talk to people, we just discuss the practical side of building, like the cost of materials and when the roof will be finished. Sometimes the monsoon season makes our lives difficult, but we just push through it like everyone else in Andhra Pradesh. We have a few staff members who keep the records straight, but the rest of us are usually out on the field getting our hands dirty. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way for everyone involved.
