Our office for Casa Elite Homes Private Limited is on the 1st floor of Indira Arcade. It’s located at 40-1-52D on Mahanadu Road, right in SrinivasaNagar Bank Colony. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of shops nearby. We liked this spot because it's easy for people to stop by. The office itself is just a place where we sit down to talk about house designs and materials. We aren't architects with fancy studios. We just know how a house should be put together so it stays standing. There are always stacks of samples lying around—tiles, bricks, that sort of thing. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we are working. We don't really do the whole corporate vibe. If you come in, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking at a site map. It’s just how we operate. We’ve lived in this area long enough to know the soil and the local regulations. It’s better to be local. The Bank Colony is a good neighborhood, and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from someone telling their neighbor about us. It’s a slower way to grow, but it feels more real. We just try to do right by the people who hire us. That’s the long and short of it.
