Bvk Buildcon Private Limited has its main office at D.No. 2-164-89, specifically Flat No. 509 on the fifth floor of Sri Krishna Residency. This is in Vidyanagar Colony, which is a busy part of Vijayawada. Being up on the fifth floor is nice because it’s a bit quieter than the street level, but we don't spend much time looking at the view. We are usually buried under piles of site reports and receipts. Vijayawada is growing so fast these days that there is always something that needs building or fixing. We work on various buildcon projects across the Krishna district. Our team is small and we don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office. We mostly rely on our phones and a lot of site visits to make sure things are moving along. People in Vidyanagar Colony know us as the local guys who get things built. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity with a bunch of rules and polished brochures. We just talk to our clients like regular people and explain what can be done and what can't. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a worker being sick, but we just deal with it as it happens. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business, and that’s why we like it. We just do the work and move to the next job.
