Our office is located right on NH-5 in Prasadampadu, just beside the AP Seeds Corporation. It is a busy spot in Vijayawada with plenty of trucks and cars passing by all the time. Ananthavijaya Properties Private Limited has been operating from D.No 5-110 for some time now. We focus on the local property market here in Krishna district. Being so close to the highway means we see a lot of people coming and going. We aren't a big corporation with multiple branches; we are just here in one place doing our work. Most of our time is spent looking at land or checking on house listings for local families. We don’t use any polished scripts when we talk to people. If something is a good deal, we say so, and if it has problems, we mention those too. It is just more practical to be honest about it. The weather in Vijayawada can be quite something, so we spend our afternoons in the office doing the desk work and our mornings out on the sites. It is a basic setup, but it works for us. We’ve seen Prasadampadu change a lot since the highway got busier. We just keep our heads down and focus on the properties we have in front of us, trying to help out whoever walks in.
