We set up our office in the Vijayawada area, specifically over in Vijayanagar Colony. Our exact spot is Flat 301 in the Vinayaka Sadan Apartments. It’s on Guttikonda Varadaiah Street, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you aren't from around here. Being on the third floor gives us a decent view of the street below. You see people going about their business and the local vendors passing by throughout the day. It’s a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold, corporate office park. It has more of a neighborhood vibe which we actually prefer. The Krishna district heat can be tough, but the apartment stays relatively cool most of the time. We spend our hours looking over plans and making calls. Sometimes the neighbors in the other flats stop by to say hello. There’s a lot of growth happening in this part of Andhra Pradesh and we are right in the middle of it. We don’t have a big staff or anything, just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it should. Most of our day is spent at our desks or heading out to see how things are going on various sites. It’s honest work and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just a local building company trying to do a decent job from our little corner.
