Our spot is at 07, KARs Sree Brundavanam Apartments on Netaji Street. It is over in Patamata Lanka, which is a fairly quiet pocket of Vijayawada compared to the main roads. We go by Amaravati Development Partners Private Limited. Most of our mornings start with tea and looking over site plans. We do not have a flashy lobby or anything like that. It is just an apartment we use as an office to stay on top of the development work we have going on. The street outside can get a bit narrow when people park their bikes, but it is home for us. We handle a lot of coordination from here, making sure the right materials get to the right places. Sometimes things go smooth, and other days we are chasing after people to get things finished. It is the usual grind. We have lived and worked around Krishna district for a long time, so we know how the weather and the local rules affect the way things get built. Being based in Vijayawada means we are right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites. There is not much to say about us other than we work hard and try to keep our head down. We do not spend money on big ads or marketing. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and keep things moving.
