Equipo De Negocios Diness Private Limited is located at Puthusseri House in Thurakkal, which is over in the Narukara area of Manjeri. It’s a quiet spot, mostly residential, so it’s not like working in a big industrial zone. We’ve set up our office right here because it’s convenient and feels more personal. We do a lot of business-related tasks that involve a fair amount of concentration. It’s not a flashy place at all. We have some desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably fuller than they should be. We don’t really believe in using big, complicated words to explain what we do. If someone asks, we just tell them we’re busy with paperwork and coordination. The weather around Manjeri can be quite humid, so we usually have the fan going all day to keep cool. We’ve got a small team, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s answering the phone or tidying up the office. It’s a very hands-on way of working. We don't have any corporate manuals or strict dress codes. We just wear what’s comfortable and get on with the job. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We’ve been in this house for a while, and it suits our needs just fine. We just try to stay focused on the work at hand and do a decent job every day.
