Plantera Tech Farms Private Limited is located at 266/4 Shakti Nagar. It is a bit of a mix of things here because we try to use some newer ideas on the farm. Shakti Nagar is where we do most of our thinking and planning. Farming is changing a lot lately and we are just trying to keep up with how things are done now. It is not just about digging in the dirt anymore, though there is still plenty of that to go around. We spend a lot of time looking at how the plants are growing and trying to figure out why some do better than others. Sometimes the tech stuff works great and other times we have to go back to the old ways of doing things. It is a learning process for everyone involved. The building at 266/4 is where we keep all our gear and where the staff meets up in the mornings to decide who is doing what. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons so we try to get the heavy lifting done while it is still cool out. We are not a giant corporation with shiny trucks, just a group of people in Shakti Nagar trying to make the farm work better. Some days are long and the sun is brutal, but that is part of the job. We just keep at it day by day and hope for a decent result at the end of the season.
