Kamyab Zindagi Foundation

Our office is tucked away in Mohispota It Khola Para, right in the heart of the village. Being out here in the North 24 Parganas district means we are pretty far from the big city rush, which suits us just fine. Kamyab Zindagi Foundation is basically a group of local people who decided to put their heads together. We work from a simple spot near Natagarh. It is nothing fancy, just a place where we can sit down and talk. You will often find us drinking tea and discussing what needs to get done in the village today. We don't have a massive budget or a fleet of cars. Most of us walk or take a cycle to get around. Life here in Mohispota moves at its own pace. We try to help out families who are going through a rough patch. It might be something small or something that takes a lot of time to fix. We don't promise miracles. We just try to be there. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to finish our work by candlelight, but that is just how it is. We know the families in this area, and they know us. It is a very personal way of doing things. We are just neighbors helping neighbors, trying to make life a bit more manageable for everyone in our little community. We just keep things moving, one day at a time.
