We don't call it biotech to sound fancy; it’s just about finding better ways to grow things. Our office is a simple setup near the Ashram. It’s quiet there, which is nice when we have to do our planning. We aren't a giant seed company with thousands of employees. It’s just a small team of us who know what we’re doing. We talk to the local farmers every day to see what they need. Sometimes we have to explain things twice, and sometimes we are the ones who need things explained. We aren't perfect, but we try hard. The weather is always a challenge, and sometimes the seeds don't behave like they should. But that’s the nature of the business. We just keep at it, day in and day out, right here at the Kante Sahab location. We spend a lot of time cleaning seeds and making sure they are ready for the next planting season so nobody loses time.
