WILLOW DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office is at Willow Developers LLP, based out of the Pearls Omaxe Tower 1 in Pitampura. We are up on the FF-08 floor, which is a busy part of Netaji Subhash Place. If you know the area, you know how crowded it gets with all the towers and people running around. The workspace isn't anything out of the ordinary, just a regular workplace with desks and computers and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who come by to talk about land and buildings. The elevators in this building take forever sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs if we’re in a rush. It’s a lively spot to be in, and there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite nearby when we haven't brought lunch. Most of our work involves figuring out the details for new developments and making sure the paperwork is in order. It’s not always exciting, mostly just sitting through meetings and trying to solve problems as they come up. The office can get a bit messy with blueprints and files everywhere, but we know where everything is. We aren't into big speeches or fancy presentations, we just prefer to get the work done and go home at the end of the day. Being in North West Delhi keeps us close to everything, which makes the long hours a little easier to manage.
