Sowers & Reapers Private Limited

Our office is actually a house, H No 90 H4-5, located in Suvidha Kunj, Pitampura. It is in the North West part of Delhi. Sowers & Reapers is a small operation that we run from this residential area. It feels a bit more personal working from a house rather than a big office block. We handle a lot of the planning and coordination for agricultural cycles here. Since we are in Pitampura, we are surrounded by a lot of other families and local shops. The work usually follows the seasons, so there are times when we are extremely busy and other times when things slow down a bit. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. There is no big sign outside, just the house number. We spend our days talking to farmers and looking at maps or weather reports. It is simple, honest work. We do not use any complicated jargon or have big corporate meetings. We just sit down, look at what needs to be done, and do it. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. We have a small yard where we can step out for a bit of air. It is a quiet way to run a business, and it suits the kind of work we do with sowing and reaping. Most of our work involves keeping track of seeds and harvest times.
