R.V.S. BUILDCON LLP

You can find R.V.S. Buildcon over at 355 Kohat Enclave in Pitampura. We are tucked away in a busy part of North West Delhi. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks and some chairs for when people come to talk about their building needs. Kohat Enclave is a bustling neighborhood, so there is always a lot of energy around. We spend our days coordinating between different construction sites and making sure our supplies are arriving on time. It’s a lot of logistics and talking on the phone. We don't use any fancy management software or anything, just some notebooks and a basic computer setup to keep things straight. We like being in Pitampura because it feels like a real community. People here know each other, and we like that vibe. Our work is mostly about getting buildings up and making sure they are solid. We aren't big on flashy advertisements or corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. We’ve had some tough days when the weather doesn't cooperate or workers don't show up, but we always find a way to move forward. It’s just us here, working hard and trying to do a decent job for the people who hire us. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local market nearby. It’s a good routine and we’ve been at it for quite a while now without much complaint.
