Getting to the ninth floor of Aggarwal Cyber Plaza-II takes a bit of time when the elevators are busy in the morning. We are in Unit 981, which is part of the Netaji Subhash Place area. It is a very active part of Delhi, and you can see a lot from up here on the 09th floor. Riviera Carpets LLP isn’t a huge operation, but we stay busy with the day-to-day stuff. We have piles of carpet samples everywhere, which sometimes makes the office feel smaller than it really is. The light is good in the afternoon, though it gets quite warm through the glass windows. We usually have the radio on or just the sound of people talking on phones. Netaji Subhash Place has plenty of places to eat nearby, so lunch breaks are the highlight of the day for most of us. We spend a lot of time looking at patterns and talking to people about what they need for their floors. It is professional enough but we aren't wearing suits or anything fancy. Just regular clothes for a regular job. Sometimes the couriers get lost finding the right unit since this building is so big and has many hallways. We’ve had to go down to the lobby a few times to wave them down. It’s just how things go when you’re in a big plaza like this. We keep things moving and try to stay organized.
