Mahak Saffron Llp

Up on the third floor in Pocket 18 of Sector 24, Rohini, things are usually pretty busy for us. We have a small space at 251 252 where Mahak Saffron Llp operates. Saffron is a small and delicate thing to work with, so we don’t need a massive factory, just a clean place to sort through things and package them. Being on the third floor means a lot of stairs, which keeps us moving throughout the day. Rohini is a big residential and commercial area, so it’s a bit quieter than the old city markets, which we appreciate. The air in our workspace usually has a bit of that distinct saffron smell, which is quite nice most of the time. We spend our hours checking the weight of the strands and making sure everything is packed right in the small containers. It's a lot of sitting at tables and looking closely at what we have under the lights. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people, just a few of us making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up carrying boxes up ourselves. It’s just part of the daily routine here in Sector 24. We don't have a big showroom or anything, just this workspace where the packaging happens. It’s a simple, honest job, and we just try to keep up with the orders.
