KEDARNATH HOUSING LLP

We operate Kedarnath Housing Llp from a small space on the 3rd floor of G 14A in Vijay Nagar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot for us to see the street. Vijay Nagar is a lively neighborhood, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We focus on housing projects, mostly helping people find places or fixing up existing structures. We aren't a big firm with lots of flashy advertising. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby and know who we are. The office is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and samples we keep around for clients to see. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons visiting different properties. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to local families who just want a decent home. Every house we work on is different and has its own set of problems to solve. Sometimes the plumbing is old, or the wiring needs a total overhaul before anyone can move in. We just take it one step at a time and do what we can. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just try to do a decent job so people don't have to worry about where they live. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing this for years and we like the neighborhood.
